I will bid on any well defined project.  This is your best value for your money.  Regardless of how many hours I spend on your project, you have a set cost.  If by chance, I overestimate the amount of time needed to finish your project, I will charge a smaller fee based on the hourly rates below (I am a honest individual, ask any of my clients).  Depending upon the size and duration of the projects, payments will be expected at each quarter, half, or monthly before work continues.  If the size, scope or details of the project change significantly, a new bid will be negotiated for the additional work.
