Often he works or studies a project more than he bills us. Our database was built by another programmer, and there were no manuals or specifications. Scott has been able to delve into the database and understand how it works. With that understanding, he has made lasting improvements in our work flow and productivity. "I worked with Scott at Agilent on my first Access project in 1997. He has an excellent way of communicating programming modifications, is patient and very pleasant to work with. His code was easy to learn from as it was very structured and followed good conventions. Later on, after I completed this project, I contacted Scott about another need I had for an advanced Access subcontractor for a new project. He provided me a contact he'd worked with who was outstanding. In 2008, I contacted Scott for an Access 2003 database project that had a very complex data entry process. Although he was semi-retired, he had not forgotten any of his high level Access knowledge. He has an excellent ability to create Access code that is robust, handles error checking, and easy to maintain. He is easy to work with, even with somewhat vague user requirements. He has high integrity and researches strategies on his own time. His delivery of project requirements is always timely. I highly recommend Scott and hope to continue to work with him as a collegue.
